Gripspeak Refund Policy

Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email support@gripspeak.com from the address you used on itch.io, or include the download link from your purchase email. We'll request the refund through itch.io, usually within two business days. You can also ask itch.io directly through its support page.

itch.io processes the payment, so the money goes back to your original payment method. How long that takes depends on your bank or PayPal.

After a refund

We deactivate your license, and Gripspeak stops working at its next license check. Please uninstall it. The same happens if a purchase is charged back through your bank.

After 30 days

Refunds after 30 days are up to us, so email us anyway if something's wrong. Your rights under consumer law still apply: if Gripspeak has a fault, tell us and we'll put it right or refund you as that law requires.

itch.io may also refund a purchase that can't run or doesn't match its description, under its own terms.

Your rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live. It doesn't replace them. In Australia, Gripspeak comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
